Sending a form, email, message or booking request does not create a lawyer–client relationship. An engagement starts only when both parties have signed an engagement letter.
Bookings
A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it by email. We may propose another time if a slot is no longer available.
Fees
Prices shown are starting points and exclude VAT at 5%. The fee for any engagement is the one set out in the signed engagement letter.
Intellectual property
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Consulto and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Consulto is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
